PeerSignal is a B2B research community built around modern go-to-market strategy. The content was excellent, but the site holding it wasn't. Structure was loose, the design inconsistent, and readers had few chances to convert. I took the site back to first principles and rebuilt it to be faster, easier to manage and a far better match for the depth of their research.

Outcome

The result is a clean, quick, modular site that puts PeerSignal's research and editorial work where it belongs, front and centre. Alongside the redesign I built a system for downloadable content, so the team can gate high-value assets and grow a qualified lead list. With a fresh design system and a flexible publishing setup, PeerSignal can keep scaling its content, growing its audience and reaching more of the B2B space.
